Jose Orlando Castaneda
After receiving a master's degree in international relations from Columbia University in New York, and working for a time in private banking, Jose O. Castañeda Sr. studied law at Pace University, White Plains, N.Y. Upon completion of his degree, he opened an office in Port Chester, N.Y., where he has practiced for 28 years.
In his professional career he has successfully represented people in state and federal courts. Fourteen years ago José O. Castañeda, Sr. was appointed as a Port Chester judge, assigned to preside primarily in criminal matters. His position as a judge prevents him from taking cases in that town and in other towns in Westchester County. However, you can take all types of defenses in the county seat, that is, in White Plains, as well as in neighboring cities such as Yonkers, Mount Vernon and Peekskill, and in State courts, County Courts ), and in federal courts. His experience also includes representation in numerous bankruptcy court cases.
